Lionheart Global, Inc. (LGI) was incorporated in the State of Louisiana in 2006 and has been a licensed Broker of Real Estate since January 2007 in the State of Louisiana. Since then, Lionheart Global, Inc. has opened several branches in the past including its test opening of the first “For Sale With Owner”™ retail store in mid 2007. “For Sale With Owner”™ is the trademarked business name of LGI’s retail stores as well as their YARD and other signage. This is trademarked in the State of Louisiana as well as with the Louisiana Real Estate Commission.

Lionheart Global, Inc. was founded in an attempt to bring Real Estate brokerages into the 21st century.

Most larger international companies are founded on Designs developed around 20 years ago or more and we believe we have developed innovative ideas that will be the best available for customers, agents, brokers, and other clients for the years to come.

In 2010, Lionheart Global, Inc. took a new direction.  Its CEO, Mark Zweig, trademarked the Lionheart Real Estate name and decided to approach the weaker market in a slightly new direction, targeting customer service and satisfaction, along with unique programs for buyers, sellers, and especially builders.  The corporation was placed in a "stand by" position, and Mark Zweig continues to dba Lionheart Global Real Estate into the next decade beginning April 1, 2010!
