c) Our LION REPORT ™ c an be uploaded to your Palm, Treo, IPOD, or almost any device that supports Windows®!

2) Allow you to take your report and take a picture tour (if available), of each property, sometimes a virtual tour, right from your computer without being limited to vehicle size or high gas costs!

3) Give you the addresses and let you DRIVE BY, once you have found a list of properties you may desire. Your Lionheart agent can give you the addresses, and let you drive by each, eliminate on site many of them by looking at them physically and their surroundings, and then you can make a list of your homes that you are ready to visit that:

a) fit your specs (price, availability, location, size, etc)

b) you have browsed, viewed, and pondered already

c) you feel that these may be the one!

4) Take you to the properties or meet you there, allow you access, provide you information such as:

a) how long it has been on market

b) what the agent thinks it may be worth based on comparables sold recently

c) remarks made by other agent listing the property, in communications about the property

d) and, so much more!
