1) Allow YOU to sell your home by yourself at the same time THEY list it, and be willing to get paid NOTHING (not a cent) for all their measurements, photos, etc. IF you sell it on your own!

2) Contact EVERY buyer that sees your home (over and over) until they give FEEDBACK on your home, pricing, etc!!!

a) Isn’t it frustrating trying to get a follow up and feedback on each if not ANY visit to your home!

b) We use an internet based follow up system that contacts the buyer's agent several times requesting they answer and email reply us a simple survey that comments on your home, its appearance, its price, etc, and then we send this needed information directly to you!

3) Allow you to use your own signs WITH their signs, Allow you to show YOUR property WITH them, Allow you access to THEIR lockbox on YOUR door so YOU can use it of your OWN showings or if you get locked out!, Allow you to change the commission rates YOU pay and  the listing price,  and so much more!

a) Many agents take your keys, lock them where you can’t get at them, tell you to stay away from buyers, tell you to let them handle everything, and even if a buyer walks up toYOU and offers to buy YOUR home at a higher price than you wanted or you decide to sell it at half price to a family member, they still FORCE you to pay THEM!!!!!!

b) We allow you to sell WITH us and that is why we started putting on ALL of our signs "For Sale WITH Owner."  We WANT you to be a part of the sale and unlike many of our competitors, we believe YOU know YOUR property better and would be a positive influence on the sale if YOU are involved.  

c) The only way we make money is if WE bring you a BETTER offer than you can find on your own and you ACCEPT our client’s offer (you are NEVER obligated to do this!), then we make our commission (that we agreed to up front)! ISN’T THAT HOW REAL ESTATE SHOULD BE???!!!!!!!

4) Come to your property, take photos, make measurements, evaluate comparables, make flyers, hang a sign, put up a lockbox (that you can use too!), and so much more…and NEVER charge you a PENNY if you sell BY OWNER with our exclusive agency agreement

5) Help you through Inspections, Appraisal process, and closing (at your side and as a liaison) usually for less than 2%commission!!!(with exclusive agency contract)
