several times requesting they answer and email reply us a simple survey that
comments on your home, its appearance, its price, etc, and then we send this
needed information directly to you!

3) Allow you to use your own signs WITH their signs, Allow you to show YOUR
property WITH them, Allow you access to THEIR lockbox on YOUR door so YOU can
use it of your OWN showings or if you get locked out!, Allow you to change the
commission rates YOU pay and the listing price, and so much more! |

a) Many agents take your keys, lock them where you can’t get at them,
tell you to stay away from buyers, tell you to let them handle everything, and
even if a buyer walks up toYOU and offers to buy YOUR home at a higher price
than you wanted or you decide

our signs "For Sale WITH Owner." We WANT
you to be a part of the sale and unlike many of our competitors, we believe

c) The only way we make money is if WE bring you a BETTER offer than
you can find on your own and you ACCEPT our client’s offer (you

4) Come to your property, take photos, make measurements, evaluate comparables,
make flyers, hang a sign, put up a lockbox (that you can use too!), and so

5) Help you through Inspections, Appraisal process, and closing (at your side and as a liaison) usually for less than 2%commission!!!(with exclusive agency
